SecreTechno is back with another secret release just in time for one of the most important festivals in the United States: Movement Detroit is a celebration to the past and yet a vision towards the future, the logistic behind this release has a lot to do with the date and time of the festival the content of the ep is composed by 2 original tracks by Axkan and 3 remixes by heavy hitters influenced by the true spirit and meaning of Underground Techno
Axkan is a project that was born over 10 years ago, very passionate about analog gear and modular synthesis is exactly the drive point of this release, 2 killer tracks full of modulation and raw drum machine real time rendering, 3 remixers have been summoned to the task of such work, first of all we have upcoming CLR artist Luis Flores creating and instant masterpiece of rhythmical percussions and drones along the duration of the track called Disrupt, the second remixer call to duty remixing Abnormal is the mysterious DOUBT recently featured on DVS1 record label Mistress, his take on the tracks is as gray and heavy as the origin of the artist itself deep kicks and a heavy sampler loop that is for sure to make it on to many Dj sets, and at last Komprezzor delivering a robotic version of the Disrupt track almost a futuristic and yet intense version of the track heavy low end and a modular main synth driving the track towards a climatic ending
